MezaHub - Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MezaHub mobile application, including the Voice Detector, Feeds, Market, and related features (collectively, the "App" or "Service"), provided by PT Aplikasi Solusi Anak Bangsa ("MezaHub," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Who We Are / Nature of the Service
MezaHub is an independent, community-driven companion app for players of location-based arcade "Meza" card/cry-matching games. MezaHub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., The Pokémon Company, Bandai Namco, Niantic, or any arcade or game operator. References to "Pokémon" or related names describe compatibility only and remain the property of their respective trademark owners. We measure how often each feature of the App is opened and used, in counts only, so we can maintain and prioritise them; our Privacy Policy sets out exactly what those counts contain and what they deliberately do not.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use MezaHub with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Accounts
You may sign in using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
You agree to provide accurate profile information (for example, username and homebase store) and to keep it up to date.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or are inactive or abusive.
4. Voice Detector Feature
The Voice Detector helps identify a Pokémon-style cry. Results are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for any decision.
Voice Detector access is unlimited and free for every account. No purchase, credit balance, or subscription is required to use it, and a MezaHub Premium subscription does not change how it works.
5. Advertising and MezaHub Premium
MezaHub is free to use and is funded by advertising. Advertisements are shown in the App, including on Voice Detector results, when returning from a result to the detector, and within Feeds, Events & News, Marketplace, and the Trainer tools. Advertising is delivered by Google AdMob and is subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policy.
MezaHub Premium is an optional paid subscription that removes advertising from the App. The price is Rp50.000 (Indonesian Rupiah) for one month, inclusive of applicable taxes. Premium is a digital service delivered within the App and this website; nothing is shipped.
Subscription period. Your subscription begins when MezaHub confirms your payment and ends 30 days later. Advertising resumes automatically when the period ends.
Payment. Payment is made on the MezaHub website and is processed by our payment provider, Midtrans. Accepted methods include bank transfer and virtual account, e-wallet, QRIS, and credit or debit card. MezaHub does not store your card or bank account details. Purchases are not made inside the Android application.
Renewal and cancellation. MezaHub Premium does not renew automatically and no payment method is stored for future charges. The subscription simply expires at the end of its period, and you may continue using MezaHub for free. Because there is no recurring charge, there is nothing to cancel; to stop subscribing, do not purchase another period.
Refunds. If your payment is completed but MezaHub Premium is not activated on your account, contact support@mezahub.id with your payment reference and we will refund the payment in full within 7 working days. Once MezaHub Premium has been activated, the current period is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by the mandatory consumer protection laws of Indonesia or of your country of residence. Refunds are returned through the original payment method via Midtrans.
Price changes. We may change the price of MezaHub Premium. Any change applies only to periods purchased after the change takes effect and never to a period you have already paid for.
Availability. MezaHub Premium removes advertising only. It does not grant additional features, content, or Voice Detector capacity. A subscription is tied to the Google account used to purchase it, has no cash value, is non-transferable between accounts, and may be terminated without refund if the account is terminated for a violation of these Terms.
Legacy credit balances, where any exist, are no longer sold and are not required to use any part of the Service.
6. Feeds and User-Generated Content
The Feeds feature lets you share "Meza moments," including photos, captions, arcade/machine details, and store or city location tags. Shared posts are visible to other users and are automatically removed from the live feed after 7 days (we may retain content longer as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law).
By posting content, you grant MezaHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content within the App for the purpose of operating the Service.
You are solely responsible for content you post. You agree not to post content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, infringing, false or misleading, spam, advertising, or unauthorized promotional material.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section, at our discretion, without prior notice.
7. Market Feature
The Market feature may allow users to list, discuss, or arrange trades related to Meza/Pokémon items or in-game assets with other users.
MezaHub is not a party to any transaction between users and does not guarantee the identity of users, the accuracy of listings, or the condition, legality, or delivery of any traded item.
You transact with other users at your own risk. We strongly recommend meeting in safe, public locations and verifying details independently. We are not responsible for disputes, losses, or damages arising from Market transactions, and we do not mediate disputes, though we may investigate reports of fraud or abuse.
8. Location and Notifications
Certain features (for example, homebase stores, nearby feed alerts, and city tags) use location information you provide or, where permitted, your device's location. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You can manage push notification categories (for example, events, feed activity, and watched tags) from within the App at any time.
9. Prohibited Conduct
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law;
- Use bots, scripts, or automated means to interact with the App, manipulate feeds or listings, or generate advertising impressions or clicks;
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features, advertising, or subscription and payment mechanisms;
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
10. Intellectual Property
The MezaHub name, logo, App design, and underlying software are owned by PT Aplikasi Solusi Anak Bangsa or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
11. Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services (for example, Google Sign-In, payment infrastructure, push notification infrastructure, and cloud hosting). Your use of those services is also subject to the applicable third party's own terms and privacy policy.
12. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE VOICE DETECTOR WILL BE ACCURATE, OR THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MezaHub and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the App or any transaction with another user. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MezaHub and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the App. You may stop using the App and request deletion of your account at any time through profile support or by contacting us.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different governing law is required by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. The primary national arbitration body (BANI Arbitration Center) is located in South Jakarta.
