Payment & billing

How payment works

MezaHub Premium is a digital subscription delivered inside the MezaHub Android app and this website. There is nothing to ship.

Price and period

Rp50.000 (IDR) for one month, inclusive of applicable taxes. The period starts the moment MezaHub confirms your payment and ends 30 days later.

Payment methods

Payments are processed by Midtrans: bank transfer / virtual account, e-wallet (GoPay, ShopeePay, OVO, DANA), QRIS, and credit or debit card. MezaHub never stores your card or bank details.

Renewal and cancellation

There is no auto-renewal and no stored payment method. Your subscription simply ends when the month is up, and you keep using MezaHub for free. To stop, do nothing — there is no cancellation form and nothing to cancel.

Refunds

If a payment is taken but Premium is not activated, email support@mezahub.id with your payment reference and we refund in full within 7 working days. Once Premium is active, the month is non-refundable except where Indonesian consumer protection law requires otherwise.
